Vuosikokouksen jälkeen kouluttaja Kirsi Tanner alustaa ulkomaille muuttamisesta puolison ja perheen näkökulmasta: puolison rooli, odotukset ja pettymykset; lasten
valmentaminen ulkomaille muuttoon ja kulttuurishokin päihittäminen.
Kirsi on asunut perheensä kanssa Soulissa, Pariisissa, Washington DC:ssä ja Brysselissä
ja julkaissut kirjan Ulkomaille muuttajan opas (Ajatus kirjat 2002).

PartnersEUFASA EUFASA is the European Union Foreign Affairs Spouses, Partners and Families Association. The purpose of EUFASA is the exchange of information and ideas among its members to improve the provisions relating to spouses, partners and families of officers employed by the EU Foreign Ministries. It aims to identify effective family support practices, and to raise awareness both at national and EU level and gain support for family-friendly policies within the EU Ministries of Foreign Affairs. Members The current members of EUFASA are the spouses/partners’ associations of: EUFASA Working Group Reports (the password can be obtained from ULPU office) Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Finland Ministry for Foreign Affairs works for the safety and well-being of Finland and its citizens as well as for a safe and just world. The duties of the Ministry are divided between eight departments. The Political Department, Department for External Economic Relations, and Department for Development Policy are responsible for policy coordination. Regional matters are handled by four departments: Department for Europe; Department for Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia; Department for the Americas and Asia; and Department for Africa and the Middle East. The Department for Communications and Culture is the eighth department. The Ministry also assists other administrative sectors in international matters.
